What to do before deciding to have a baby: the decalogue of the expectant mother

The Decalogue contains 10 tips to follow for those who are preparing to seek a pregnancy. Getting informed before conception is an act of love for the child.

The decalogue is the result of the study conducted by  pensaciprima.net,   a preconceptional health promotion project which, as we have often underlined, is essential for the health of the future mother and the child.

It was written by Dr. Eleonora Agricola, manager of Pensiamoci Prima, with the supervision of Professor Pierpaolo Mastroiacovo, director of the ICBD (International Center on Birth Defects and Prematurity).

The Decalogue contains 10 tips to follow for those who are preparing to seek a pregnancy. Getting informed before conception is an act of love for the child.

Deciding to become parents is a very important step, of which we must be fully aware of it in order to guarantee the unborn child not only love and means, but also and above all a healthy life . And this starts right from the future mom and future dad , but especially from the mom who will carry him for 9 months.

I don’t want to anticipate the content that must be read line by line: there are all the indications to deal with pregnancy in the best way possible to reduce the risks of adverse events for the child and for the mother herself.
