Video yoga exercises to prepare for childbirth

During pregnancy, the whole body prepares for labor and delivery.

In particular there are a group of muscles, the pelvic floor, which is important to keep trained to promote dilation at the time of labor and thus avoid annoying lacerations .

In this video we show you three exercises to do in pairs or alone to exercise the pelvic floor muscles.

We advise you to involve the future dad in order to make him a participant in this process.

Also, don’t forget to continue doing Kegel exercises on your own to train your muscles. You can do them anywhere, while you’re sitting watching TV or waiting your turn at the post office, bank or on a visit.

They are important to avoid incontinence problems during and after pregnancy.

Many expectant mothers have found themselves happy adopting a device that many midwives recommend in preparatory courses to train the pelvic floor muscles. This is   Epi-No . We also reviewed it thanks to a mother doctor who tested it for Fertile Period.

The advantages of better managing the pelvic floor are important not only to better cope with labor and childbirth but also to quickly recover the tone of these muscles in the postpartum period. Not only incontinence problems are avoided but the sexual sphere is also improved.
