These are often contained in what is defined as “junk food”: snacks, snacks… Pay attention to the labels on what you buy at the supermarket! - Using unsaturated vegetable fats such as extra virgin olive oil instead of saturated vegetable fats which are not good for our health. Among the saturated we find palm oil, butter, the visible fat of the meat..

- Choose good carbohydrates such as oatmeal and whole grains, beans and vegetables. Avoid pasta, rice and candies
- Drink whole milk every day or eat ice cream or full-fat yogurt
- Take a multivitamin that contains folic acid and other B vitamins
- Increase your iron intake through fruits and beans but not red meat
- Yes to water, no to soft drinks. Coffee, tea, alcohol yes but in moderation.
- Keep your body mass index between 20 and 24.
- Exercise daily without overdoing it
And the smoke?
