Conception

How many intercourses in fertile days?

Once the fertile period has been identified , the relationships should not be many , but targeted . Let’s see how.

First of all, you don’t need to impose real tours de force to conceive your child. It would be enough to have intercourse on alternating days (one yes one no) until the entire fertile period is covered. The “rest day” is especially useful for males.

In fact, too close ejaculations weaken the seminal fluid. This loses quality even due to long abstinences and it is therefore wrong not to have intercourse for all the weeks preceding the ovulatory one.

This does not mean that it is absolutely forbidden to have intercourse several times every day and every day during the fertile period. However, this does not increase the likelihood of getting pregnant.

Another myth to dispel is the fateful “ovulation day”.

It is not necessary to identify it precisely as the spermatozoa have a maximum life of 72 hours (3 days) inside the woman and therefore can fertilize the egg many hours after sexual intercourse. Clearly, the more hours that pass after ejaculation, the lower their vitality will be.
