Choose the photos of your child that you like best based on color, subject or another criterion, have them printed on canvas and arrange them carefully.

Pictures made by children

The easiest way to decorate the walls of the bedroom is certainly to hang the children’s “works of art” on the wall. On the market there are acrylic colors created specifically to allow even very young children to color even large surfaces using large brushes, hands or feet. A method that will allow you to put your child’s creative imagination to the test and at the same time to create colorful panels to hang on the wall  even with their footprints to hang year after year.

3D squares

Sometimes even a simple drawing can become an original and nice picture when materials are inserted into the canvas that give the painting a 3D perspective. For example, the design of a simple rainbow can definitely change appearance through the use of many colored buttons artfully arranged on the surface. The design of a dancer, on the other hand, can come to life by applying a piece of tulle along her waistline. These are just two examples that I hope will suggest ideas to rejuvenate old squares that you have at home or to invent new and witty squares even starting from a simple handmade drawing.

Squares with old toys

Are there any children’s rubber tiles leftover? You can recycle them and use them to make colorful squares to decorate the bedroom. You can attach them one by one to the walls or use them as modular photo frames to rest on the dresser. To make them, just stick a cloth pocket on the back and use it to insert photos.

Squares with stencils

If your pictorial skills are a bit limited, you can make small pictures using stencils tags. For example, you can search for animal silhouetteson the web, print them, cut them out and use them by placing them on small pieces of wood or canvas squares. By spreading the color of your choice over the shape, a perfect drawing will be formed even without knowing how to draw.
Create lots of them, all in the same color or even in different colors and have fun applying nice pompoms to them too.

Pictures on wood

Another way to create nice pictures for the bedroom  is to use a series of long wooden tablets painted with images that fill the length. All you need to do is apply a couple of coats of white paint or the color you want and then draw the subjects you like best. In the example above, for example, colorful giraffe necks were drawn, but you can draw exotic flowers, trees or abstract designs.
