20 beautiful sound books for young children

Sound books are part of  sensory games  which, as we well know, in addition to involving all five senses, are very useful for stimulating curiosity, a desire for discovery and for improving the intellectual development of children.

By combining sounds, music and noises with colorful images and illustrations, sound books are able to amuse children a lot. They allow them to laugh, sing, clap , tap and make noise together with the whole family.

Most sound books for toddlers contain animal noises and sounds, but also voices that tell stories, music with songs and real world sounds. Learning to repeat animal noises, sing songs or listen to a fairy tale while looking at pictures are a great way to work on the language skills of even the youngest children.
